Launching Victoria’s first Walk/Run for Mental Health. #DefeatDepression was a huge victory today. We had more than fifty people turn out to our first Walk/Run, and we raised more than $7000 to help out an important mental health non-profit.

Connections Place serves the communities of southern Vancouver Island and the south Gulf Islands that are located in the traditional territories of the Lkwungen (Esquimalt and Songhees), Malahat, Pacheedaht, Scia’new, T’Sou-ke and W̱SÁNEĆ (Pauquachin, Tsartlip, Tsawout, Tseycum) peoples.
We acknowledge our traditional hosts and honour their graciousness to the Clubhouse community and the ways we work, socialize, and advocate for wellness on these ancestral lands.
