I was born and raised in the beautiful city of Victoria, and my South Asian heritage has kept me deeply connected to my roots and values of community and compassion. I bring over 35 years of experience in government financial management and currently work as a Business Analyst. Mental health advocacy is a deeply personal cause for me, inspiring my commitment to organizations like Connections Place that promote wellness, inclusion, and community leadership. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, yoga, and staying connected with nature. I believe that by leading with compassion, we can create communities where everyone feels supported and empowered to thrive.

Connections Place serves the communities of southern Vancouver Island and the south Gulf Islands that are located in the traditional territories of the Lkwungen (Esquimalt and Songhees), Malahat, Pacheedaht, Scia’new, T’Sou-ke and W̱SÁNEĆ (Pauquachin, Tsartlip, Tsawout, Tseycum) peoples.
We acknowledge our traditional hosts and honour their graciousness to the Clubhouse community and the ways we work, socialize, and advocate for wellness on these ancestral lands.
